I do not recommend trying to do the whole car at one. I traced each side, back, front, and top. I cut them out and placed on the car in that order. Pull off the top sheet. Place sicky side down on car. Use a semi wet washcloth to dampen the paper (not saturate it), then slowly rib from top to bottom with the damp cloth Wait for a minute or so then start to peal very slowly, using fingers or tips of pencils to help press some areas down then repeat.

The worst product ever! It kept peeling off!! Could not even use it!!

This was a great help making my son's pinewood derby car look good! You do have to be careful so you don't rip the skin and we used a basic wedge shape, I wouldn't try to use it with any detailed car shapes.
