Did not work
Before I purchased, I made sure it said it was compatible with Android. When received, I tried to install it on my mobile phone. It did not work. I followed directions to a T that were included with the device and also went to the website for more detailed instructions. Attempted to contact the company several times with no success. Their customer service stinks! Will be returning this item.

Will not work. Customer support is non existent. I have no clue what files to use or if anything is loading on the stick.

Doesn’t work with iPhone.
The image appeared to fit the lightning port in my iPhone. It doesn’t.

The plug won't engage completely with a case installed.
Takes about 30 seconds to expose the female connector. If that's too difficult for you, ask your 8 year old.
