It’s pretty good
I like how ever since I started taking quercitin with vitamin c I haven’t gotten sick. I get sick about 5 times a year. My wife takes it as well with vitamin c and she gets sick as much as I do and ever since we’ve been taking this with vitamin c we haven’t gotten sick(knock on wood). Also I take 1500mg every day with 3 grams of vitamin c. So 3 meals a day and each meal has 1000mg of vitamin c with 500mg of quercitin. Do not do what I do. I did the vitamin c thing where you’re suppose to take 500mg every day and add another 500mg until you get stomach pain and diarrhea and when that happens you back off 500mg of vitamin c and that’s your maintenance dose. So I got up to 3500 and got the stomach cramps with diarrhea so I took off 500mg and stayed at 3 grams a day and vitamin c is suppose to go with quercitin to give it a little push on its half life from what I know.SG, out!

Tried it for leaky gut
I took this to help with my leaky gut and help remove histamine, as I am finding the 2 problems coincide. I took it before I ate and I could already feel the difference. It helped with bloating, gas and digesting my food. I should have tried this years ago.

Bad for iron uptake.
I've been taking it and you need to be careful. It can lower RBC and hemoglobin.

Stops Post Nasal Drip
I purchased this product because People's Pharmacy said they've had feedback from readers who took Quercetin and it stopped their post nasal drip. It may be coincidence but I've had the same experience. I'll continue to take it until I use it all and then see how I do.

Has helped my morning cough go away
For over a year I was dealing with a dry cough in the mornings shortly after waking up. A friend recommended that I try Quercetin and much to my shock after about 2 weeks the cough was gone. It has now become part of my daily vitamin regime.
