Great reproduction canvas ww2 rifle case
This is a reproduction canvas rifle case for and long barrel rifle. It is stamped US just as they were issued during the 1940s. It comes with a sturdy brass zipper

Exactly what I wanted.
Was looking for a plain canvas cover for my garand. Didn’t want full fleece lining as I hear it soaks up grease and leaves fur all over your rifle. The fleece would also add bulk inside my safe. Perfect for my needs.

A little more than snug
Overall the case is just ok. The fabric is not as heavy as I thought I was getting. More importantly, it is really snug for my 1944 M1 Garand.....meaning it is tight to zip shut. I have seen original cases that would have an inch or so extra in length. I'm considering sending back and looking elsewhere.

Perfect fit for the Garand
The bag is great. The material seems like a good strong quality. The stitching seems strong too. I've carried the Garand to the range a couple times in this case. I really like it. I bought it as a b-day present for my dad. He loved it! So I'm pretty pleased with it. Also it looks era authentic and fits the M1 Garand perfectly.

Not for display, but a good, sturdy protective transport case. Heavy duty canvas. Good color. Strong zipper.

This one works.
Fits my M1 like a glove. Added material and reinforcement in all the right places. Not expensive. This is the M1 case you've been looking for.
