If you’ve ever enjoyed New Mexican flavors, these jars make it convenient to enjoy them once again. The only downside to me is that they are on the pricey side.

I grew up and lived in New Mexico for a long time before moving to the east coast where it is very hard to find good green chile. This is truly a taste of home, the real Hatch green chile I have missed so much! In New Mexico we put it on EVERYTHING and now I can do that again and really enjoy it. It is quite salty so being careful not to salt what you are putting it on is important. I'm so glad I found this product!

Even tho these chilis are kinda expensive, I still use them in almost everything: scrambled eggs, guacamole, salads, sauces (including spaghetti) and my super-duper homemade chili. And of course, I add them to all Mexican dishes, from enchiladas to lasagne. They add the right amount of heat and really pack the flavor. Like I said, Yum!

Chili's are good but not worth the price (too expensive) for 2 jars and no recipes as described and QR code does not work! Also cannot return item extremely dissappionted.

I lived in New Mexico and ate a lot of chile. This 505 brand is a good choice. I made a pot of stew with one and chicken enchiladas with the other. I will buy it again!

I was super happy with this purchase. I had been jonesing for some NM green chili and couldn’t find it anywhere. This stuff hit the spot. I was able to make some great stew that tasted like the real deal. Would definitely buy again.
