Two-Per-Day Tablets

This supp deserves 100 stars in my opinion. So far i've gone thru 15 bottles. I wud'nt repeat buying so often if it didnt wrk. I even had a couple of friends buying it. Prior to using TWO PER DAY my urologist told me my bladder walls were weak, meaning my peeing wud b frequent due to the bladder walls not holding pressure effectively. I was scouting online one nite & ran into this supp. Somehow i was moved by the name. Its one thing taking a supp 2 times per day. Its quite another when it actually name TWO PER DAY. In short order after taking them i notice my bladder was able to hold my urine. Absolutely zero bladder pressure. These days i go thru an entire day without peeing untill after wrk i pee one good amount. Getting up at nights is no no no for me n am 63. If i dont take any other supp, i have to take TWO PER DAY. Am married to these supps for life. Yes! They makes ur pee more yellow than normal n it smells kinda mediciney. That is good news because it means ur body is absorbing it. Buy it guys, especially you older ones. You cant go wrong.

I’ve been taking this multivitamin as part of my daily routine and I’m very happy with it so far. The capsules are easy to take, and the bottle arrived well sealed and in good condition. I like having a simple way to include multiple vitamins and minerals in my daily routine. Overall, it’s convenient, easy to use, and I would consider buying it again.

I’ve been taking the Life Extension Two-Per-Day Multivitamin for a while now, and overall I’m really impressed with the quality. Taste & smell: Since these are tablets, there’s no real “taste,” but they do have a slightly strong vitamin smell when you open the bottle. It’s not unpleasant, just typical. Once you swallow them, there’s no aftertaste. The tablets are on the larger side, which might be a bit challenging if you’re not used to swallowing pills. Personally, I take them with plenty of water and it’s fine, but it’s something to keep in mind. I didn’t experience any major side effects. However, if I take them on an empty stomach, I sometimes feel mild nausea, so I definitely recommend taking them with meal. Also, like with many B-complex vitamins, they can turn your urine bright yellow—

One of the most complete multis out there. Also has the right forms, like folate instead of folic acid and methycobalamin rather than cyano, and many good mineral formulas. It loses one star for leaving out copper. With the high a mount of zinc in there it was surprising to see no copper. The balance between minerals is probably more important than the amount. Since it has forced me to buy a separate supplement just for copper, I will continue to search for a better formula. When everyone's water pipes were made of copper this wasn't a big issue, but as more and more houses and apartments are built with plastic pipes, and people are taking higher amounts of zinc for eye health and overall immune support, this has to be considered.

This is the best multi Vitamin you can buy today. It has a long and great list of supplements and they are natural instead of artificial and all at a great price. It is far better than anything I have found at Costco. A quick way to check a multi vitamin is to check its vitamin E. If the type of E starts with a DL it is artificial and does absolutely no good for the body, it should start with just a D.

I love this vitamin, it’s easy to digest and I feel good after taking it.
