I’ve been taking the Life Extension Two-Per-Day Multivitamin for a while now, and overall I’m really impressed with the quality. Taste & smell: Since these are tablets, there’s no real “taste,” but they do have a slightly strong vitamin smell when you open the bottle. It’s not unpleasant, just typical. Once you swallow them, there’s no aftertaste. The tablets are on the larger side, which might be a bit challenging if you’re not used to swallowing pills. Personally, I take them with plenty of water and it’s fine, but it’s something to keep in mind. I didn’t experience any major side effects. However, if I take them on an empty stomach, I sometimes feel mild nausea, so I definitely recommend taking them with meal. Also, like with many B-complex vitamins, they can turn your urine bright yellow—

This is the best multi Vitamin you can buy today. It has a long and great list of supplements and they are natural instead of artificial and all at a great price. It is far better than anything I have found at Costco. A quick way to check a multi vitamin is to check its vitamin E. If the type of E starts with a DL it is artificial and does absolutely no good for the body, it should start with just a D.

I have taken the tablet form of these before and they were great. Not so thrilled about the capsule form. Looks like a capsule leaked and inside of bottle is full of powder. Also the smell and taste of the capsules are strong and not great compared to tablets. I’m sure they’ll work as well as tablets so I’ll deal with it. Will order tablets next time if they still exist :)

I was having low energy levels at the end of the day, but within a month since I started having these tablets, I feel drastically better at the end of the day. I just pop a pill every day after lunch, keeping one bottle at my office desk and one at my home on dinning table. The pills do have slight pungent odour, yellowish colour and pill size average.

I have compared many multis with this Life Extension multi, and LE almost always choose better ingredients that absorb better. Most other multis have a lot of cheap low absorption junk.

I love this vitamin, it’s easy to digest and I feel good after taking it.

I did a lot of research about individually buying the best supplement for issues I wanted to address. I found this, and in 9/10 cases this multivitamin uses the latest tech in supplements at a good dosage for a very reasonable price. For example it uses the methylated form of folate. Some people have a genetic disorder where they can't process the typical folic acid properly which can lead to issues, and 99% of other multivitamins use the folic acid form because it's cheap. Another it uses is opti-zinc, it's well studied and one of the best for bioavailability. I would prefer a different form of magnesium as magnesium oxide is cheap and not that bioavailable, but that's a small drawback. If magnesium is an issue for you, look at getting magnesium glycinate powder. To get a meaningful amount of magnesium there is a lot of bulk to the powder, you wouldn't be able to fit into a multivitamin anyways.
