I got this as I had previously bought the banana one (non vegan) but wanted to try the vegan option. The shake certainly keeps me full and energised for hours, which is great. The only downside is it is so sweet! It is like drinking liquid sweetener and so I have had to add things to tone it down a bit. I wish I had bought the smaller pack to try first but it is drinkable with powdered greens added.

My worry about reviewing Vegan Diet MRP is, if I'm truthful, you'll all start buying it, and there'll be none left for me! :/So, here's a compromise. If you all promise to buy flavours other than chocolate silk, I can tell you that, in my many years of sampling and reviewing vegan sports nutrition, this is one of the best products I've come across.Taste and texture are wonderful. Macronutrient profile is perfect. Micronutrient content (vitamins and minerals) is extensive.Anything else? Yes; it tastes great mixed with just water. And you can mix it easily in a hand-held shaker.Price? Let's just say, my family is pretty provident when it comes to expenditure, and we've bought eight of these. So far. And it'll hopefully be lots more if you lot keep away from the chocolate silk flavour!Thanks to everyone in advance. :)(As a post script to the foregoing, one improvement I would like to see with this product - indeed, all Protein Works products - is individual packaging. When, as we do, you buy Protein Works from Amazon, it's all too easy to confuse one Protein Works product for another. All the packaging looks the same, and many of the product titles are similar: for instance, Vegan Diet Meal Replacement and Diet Meal Replacement, and Vegan Diet Meal Replacement Extreme and Diet Meal Replacement Extreme.(It would be great if Protein Works' vegan products had distinctive packaging, such as a green background or green lettering. Please. For us lot who don't concentrate all that much. Thanks.)

I usually order the non-vegan one. But thought I would try the vegan one for a change. Tastes great. Mix using a blender. Not lumpy or anything BUT makes me extremely bloated for like 3 hours after. I will be changing back the non-vegan one.

Bought this for weight loss and easy meals when im too ill to cook, so much better than slimfast! Slimfast vegan shakes caused me serious digestive issues (turns out they werent vegan!) So i tried this brand and was not dissapointed. I used 70:30 water:hazelnut milk and it was freakin' delish! Actually enjoyable and I look forward to my next shake unlike other brands where it feels like a chore! The texture is like when you add a scoop of oats to a smoothie- a little grainy but when u remember you are drinking blended oats its actually pleasant. If you are looking for a smooth milkshake this wont be right for you but if you are used to healthy smoothies with oats/seeds etc its like a cheeky chocolate version! I think it would be great mixed into overnight oats or porridge. Looking forward to trying the other flavours!

Good,but I prefer slim fast

Me and my partner tried this: on the first day we both had diarrhea, I went to the toilet 3 times in one day. One immediately after finished to drink this shake, and my partner felt the same urge. We both found difficult finish to drink the shake because the taste is sickening. Anyway this company don't want their buyers to know what's in the product that they buy. It's ridiculous. I couldn't find the complete info on the pack (the image on Amazon isn't on focus, I bought this product thinking to find it on it), nor on their website (they just say how amazing their products are and try to attract customers) nor on chat with customer service,they didn't want to provide full info. Every other seller put all the important informations visible and accessable to all the customers, because it's right to know what you are buying. Also too much or not enough vitamins is bad for health, and with this product you don't have a clue of your vitamins and minerals intake. I think that they are hiding something. Anyway there was something wrong with this product because made me and my partner sick straight away.Bad customer service. Even if they have the online chat and your email they want your phone number and your infos otherwise they don't answer to you.

No me ha gustado el sabor, ni lo que cuesta tragárselo por la textura que tiene.Me gustaría haber dado otra opinión pero es imposible.
