Review: Owned 80+ pieces for over 6 years and it's still great looking, has held up well and is available from desertcart today - I bought this flatware from desertcart in 2010 and it's been in daily service since that time making hundreds of trips in the dishwasher. It's been used every day for multiple meals. It looks cool, has held up well, has had zero rust and only two of the metal twists on 80 pieces + serving pieces have broken loose. Overall I can't say a bad thing about this flatware. Pro - Looks cool, interesting design - Truly stainless, never seen any rust in over 6 years. I wouldn't let them soak in saltwater for a week and I dry them when they come out of the dishwasher - Cleans up well, still shiny, minimal knicks - Additional service pieces available - Still available and highly functional after 6+ years - Dishwasher safe - The twists are not completely uniform giving the flatware a handmade look. Surprised by the negative reviews where buyers want them to be absolutely identical which makes them look machine made Con - I've had the twists break loose on a two pieces. I used a little JB Weld for metal and fixed them and they've held up great. **Q: Do these hang well on a typical hanging caddy?**
A: Sorry, but I have no idea; however, I am sure you can find a caddy that will accommodate the flatware. The opening on the handles seems large enough to hang the utensils.

**Q: Du you have a gold color?**
A: This pattern is stainless.   I am not aware of it being manufactured with a gold color.

**Q: What is the width across the working part of the dinner fork (between the outer edge of the tines)? The Taos Twist original has 4 tines rather than 3.**
A: it has three tines less than 1 inch apart very stylish your guests will love my friend did order the same set  too

**Q: This set is beautiful but unfortunately after using it for just 6 weeks its getting tarnished at the twist. What should i do ?**

I had been needing a new set of flatware for years, but hadn't really seen a design that caught my eye in a good quality 18/10 product. Since I'm not always prompt with getting things into the dishwasher, I wanted to make sure I got the quality stuff that wouldn't stain and tarnish by sitting in dishwater too long. When I spotted these, I knew I had found what I had been looking for -- heavy, substantial flatware with the high quality stainless (18/10), and a fun and unusual design. This flatware pattern is not for wimps -- the pieces are large, heavy, and you know they will last a lifetime. They have been through several cycles in the dishwasher and come out sparkling and shiny. My guests have complimented me on the cool design, too! I've also ordered some cocktail forks and serving pieces to fill out the set.
