Great for crappie, bluegill, shell cracker, small bass. Awesome little lure. 1/16 Oz jig head, and bounce and twitch it along the bottom, the fish will hit it. The tail is delicate and falls of after a few hits, but even without the tail fish will bite! Definitely try it out.

This lure is very good for Crappie fishing. They really seem to like it and hit it very well. The only complaint is that they just don't hold up very long. After a few strikes they are usually past using and much be replaced, but given the cost of each individual one, I guess that is to be expected. It is true for many other lures, too--especially if they are working well.

At the price point had nothing to loose when trying it out on the pier. Surprisingly the lure works well on mackerel, not just on the big one either. I was surprised that the fish went nuts for it. Much cheaper than Major Craft and DUO aji soft lures plus made in the USA.

I love this bait because, while I never know what I'm going to catch, I almost always catch something with it. I've caught crappie, largemouth bass, panfish of all kinds, white bass, and yellow perch with this bait. I also disagree with those saying it's flimsy--I caught about 15 yellow perch consecutively with the same bait without having to replace it.
