Replaced old cracked 10-year-old anti-skid on my sailboat. New stuff seems good and was easy to apply. We'll see how it holds up.

Easy to install but traction not very good. Slippery if step on it with docjs.

More uses than I anticipated. I affixed this tape to my wooden stairs, to my bathtub, to my anti-bark sonic device. But best use of all? My airpods case!!! I’ve been looking for a non-obtrusive silicon cover for my airpods charging case, that won’t stretch out. Apple’s case is just too slippery. I artfully put on a couple of these strips.... and it’s like magic. Perfect!

I was looking for something to put on my acrylic quilting rulers to keep them from slipping on fabric. I tried the clear sheets made just for rulers and was disappointed. I try to be creative in finding "dual use" for something not typically used for what that thing is designed for. Looking on Amazon for non slip anything, I looked close at this clear traction tape. Good cow! What a great purchase! Perfect perfect perfect solution for a slipping ruler. Only cut I made was to sever the length I needed from the roll. Stuck it on the wrong side of the ruler. All the measurements are completely visible and it is REALLY stuck! I AM THRILLED....Superior non-traditional use for Safe Way Traction tape 1" clear .

I'm using this on my quilting rulers. Read about it in someone's blog. It really does better than most items marketed for quilters. I do cut it to length and then in half lengthwise as I find it a bit wider than I like. It's clear but makes things a bit frosty looking so I would avoid it in the center of fussy cutting squares. I did try to remove it from a ruler when it was making the lines blurry from the frosted texture and it took off the lines which is why I learned to cut thinner strips first. This stuff really sticks to acrylic rulers

I used this to put a strip across some polished wood steps in my house, because I like to wear socks in the house, and the steps can be slippery then. I love the look of the wood steps, and didn't want to cover them up with a rug or carpet, and I didn't want black tape across them either. I love that the clear tape can't easily be seen - so, the beauty of the wood stays visible, and the danger is gone! I've had it on a few months now, with light traffic across them, and they are standing up just fine.

We have carpeted stairs that were very slippery. I tried this anti-slip tape. Works great, holds very good, my kids feel much safer now. We have medium hair carpet, no problem during vacuuming, holds great, looks great. Even this product is not primary to use on carpeted stairs, it can be quick and easy solution. I do not expect it to last lifetime but what I see it will be working for many months at least. It is 60 feet long, so you have enough for 2 flight of stairs. It seems that more you walk on it better it holds ;o))

The clear plastic heavily armored UAG case for my new Macbook pro was great, but slippery as a fish. I was able to cut this clear textured tape to fit the indentations and flat slippery places perfectly with very little and tolerable cosmetic impact. I found many other slippery finer holds that were remedied quickly with the tape.
