No it’s cheap and bends out so it looks lumpy very disappointing

You're supposed to exercise whilst wearing it. There's no such thing as a product which you wear and it slims you down. If only! 😄 This looks like a great product, I will be buying myself.

Hi friend, you can measure your waist first, then according to your waist size, choose your size according to our size chart of this shapewear.

If you are a UK size 14/16, I would suggest size L. I'm a standard UK 16 and went for an L. Takes a bit of squirming to get in to it, but holds everything in and I wanted a snug fit.
