These are one of my favorite things. I cook with cast iron, and cleaning with a stainless steel scrubby makes cast iron care easy. I wash with hot water (no soap), give my pans a quick scrub, and then rinse before drying on the gas burner. Then I apply a quick coating of oil, and they are set to go for the next use. My pans are completely non-stick, and will last several generations. I also use these scrubbies to clean mason jars and ceramic wear without scratching. Wouldn’t use on fine china or plastic, but they are great for making quick work of everything else. Also, they last for a very long time. I get several months of hard work before they start to flake and I need to grab a new one.

I received my Kitchen Sumo Stainless Steel Sponges a couple of days ago. Arrived on time, securely packaged. I wasn't sure of what they would be like, mainly concerned that they might be too hard & harsh and would they scratch? I was happy that they did not feel too hard. First project, a black crock pot with crusted on food from who knows how long ago ... results? SUCCESS! The scrubbers easily reached down into the bottom edges and the curved ends and removed the baked-on debris. And, NO scratches (the black surface easily shows scratches). I am totally pleased. Next project? The bathtub. I also have to say that this is a great value ... as you can see from my pic, there are a lot of these metal scouring pads, plus the handle. Not only do these scourers really work, they are a great value.

These sponges are excellent for removing baked on food from cookware. They have as much material as any similar scrubbers that I have used. The handle that comes with them is poorly designed. The handle is somewhat convenient if you don't want to hold the scrubber sponge with your hand but as soon as you pick it up from the pan with the scrubber sponge full of water it is likely to release the sponge. Perhaps an approach like a pair of tongs to hold the scrubber sponge would be better. I woould buy these again when mine wear out.

They are made of silver plastic that's wrapped up to pretend it's steel wool or something similar. I should have returned them but I kept thinking that I would find a use for them. Well I didn't so to the Goodwill they go!

Good product but not the most durable steel wool I’ve ever used. For the price I think it’s decent and the handle makes it a lot easier to hold.

These "stainless" pads don't stick to the handle thingy very well, they become all unwound and messy, AND they don't behave like stainless steel at all because they aren't. They are some kind of plastic derivative that doesn't quite reach the scouring level of true stainless steel. Wasted buy for my stainless cookware. They don't work on anything other than basic everyday dishes that you could clean with a basic scouring sponge.

These are great in theory but there are definite issues with the product. Mine came with some of the teeth bent on the handle attachment. The scrubbers are made of coiled material so they get tangled and I had to cut them apart just to get one out of the bag. They do scrub quite well but it's difficult to get into corners or creases very well. The biggest issue is that food can really get stuck in the scrubber and it's difficult to get it all out. And if food particles are left inside, it attracts bugs. I definitely wouldn't reorder these. I'm sticking to an easy to clean brush to scrub my pots and pans.

I got these to clean the grill. I threw away my metal bristle grill brush when I read that someone almost died after getting a bristle, which stuck to food, stuck in his throat. The handle didn't work well with the force you use to scrub a grill, but I don't mind that. I just took the pad off the handle and it works great. It gets the grime off and leaves nothing from the pad on the grill. I think if you're cleaning a pan or something with less aggressive scrubbing, the handle would work fine. When you take the pads out of the package, they get stuck together. I just snip the piece of it that's stuck and it still works fine. You might be afraid that it would unravel, but it doesn't.

Rien à dire, c'est fait ce pour quoi on l'achète. Ne se désagrège pas, ou alors je l'utilise pas assez. En tout cas, c'est sur qu'avec 12, j'en ai pour la vie

Oggetto che pulisce assai bene, con il manico a cui si può agganciare la parte in metallo si pulisce ancor meglio. Consigliato

These sponges are huge which makes them hard to use on dishes if they are attached to the handle, because of this I wouldn't buy them again

Excellent produit, que j’utilise pour récurer le fond de certaines casseroles. Très pratique grâce à la brosse livrée avec.

La boule est classique. Ca décape sans rayer l'inox de ma cocotte. En revanche la poignée est totalement inutile si vous devez frotter un peu fort. Cela déporte l'appuis et donc cela ne sert à rien. Il vaut mieux utiliser à la place une brosse ronde à vaisselle pour éviter de se tuer les ongles.
