Functional and Practical
My right leg is shorter than my left leg by 1/4" and, as time passes, it takes it's toll on the whole body. The lifts that I saw in the stores, come in pairs and come in right or left shape so I would always throw one away. These lifts fit in either shoe and they are a better quality. I purchased the pack of ten so I can keep one in all of my right shoes and slippers.

I recently had a right hip replacement. Before surgery my right leg was shorter than my left. Now my left is shorter than the right.I have to wear these lifts in my shoes so that my back doesn't hurt.I have purchased at least 12 -16 lifts so I don't have to move them from shoe to shoe.Wish they were not so expensive..

I use these to keep my hips in line and even. I keep one in every left shoe. I was disappointed they didn't have adhesive on the bottoms.
