I cut a piece and used it to stop my nose bleed by applying pressure, left it in overnight, wet the piece and it came out without any more nose bleed. Interestingly, I have not had a nosebleed since I used this. I'm on Eliquis, a blood thinner, so it's important to have this available. I keep a couple in the car in case of nose bleed or car accidents. I have put the Chito Sam Hemostatic packs in First Aid Kits for my children. Highly recommend. It comes in different sizes. Review: This product is now rated higher than the past wound clotting material - The packaging was very good and the product arrived very quickly. These things no matter where you shop are a little pricey but this is the latest technology for wound care.

Stops nose bleeds
This is great to carry for the occasional nosebleed.
