Clear Matt is the standard matt finish that treatex have always done. Flat Matt is a new exta matt finish

2.5L will cover approx 50m2. 25m2 if you are doing 2 coats.

Q: Can this product bu used on previously oiled oak

Yes, I have used it to recoat flooring that has already previously oiled with Treatex

Q: How long before it shows scratches on a wood floor, or you would need to redo?

It’s hard wearing especially after two coats. It’s not scratch proof but wears off over time. It doesn’t crack or flake and the beauty is that you can just reapply when you redecorate - no need to sand to re-coat. Have had it on low traffic areas - bedrooms - for 15 years and just re-doing now.
