These are well made robust ladders. The hand rail makes one feel safer as well as ease of use. They are not to heavy. I did have an issue with the tray at the top of the ladder. I believe it to have been damaged in transit. I had a replacement dispatch to me the same day. Full marks for after care service.

Great set of ladders, very stable and tall. Only slight annoyance was assembling the handrails which I had to cut to size to match with the pre drilled holes, which is why it's 4 stars and not 5

This ladder is great. Hand rails plus support above the platform to make it super safe at height. Needed it to safely trim the top of hedge. Hand rail attachment took a little time as needed to align the top screws... huffed and puffed but did eventually slide in. Worth the perseverance... Super value for money and fast delivery. Was delivered before 9am

Product as described and arrived on time, quality very good . One component of the ladder was damaged, however very prompt service over a weekend from the seller to organise its replacement. Great service.

Put use immediately. Had issues attaching the side handles as the joining screw needs careful alignment. The plastic tabs on the steps constantly fall off. The plastic tray at the top is a great idea put needs fixing in permanently as it kept popping off. I was using the ladder to top a confier hedge and needed the extra height, not really suitable for outdoor use unless you secure the ladder first. Overall not the best buy that I have made.

Extremely good value and well made product

like the steps and the top grip BUT they should have rubber none slip grips on the bottom, in our bedroom we have laminate flooring and with plastic grip bottoms I found that the steps slide which is very of putting apart from that great!

Well built looks safe to use to get into loft

Erg blij met de trap. Ik had eigenlijk nog een trap moeten nemen met 1 trede meer, maar met deze kom ik al een heel eind. De trap is stabiel genoeg en licht in gewicht. De extra steunen aan de zijkant heb ik nog niet bevestigd.
