FCS1332342L Complete Strut Assembly

I've done strut jobs before, but I'll never use a spring compressor again. Buying the strut and coil spring preassembled takes the element of danger out of the job. You may need to rotate the mounting plate that holds the three studs at the top, but it is clearly marked which stud should be at the "front" of the strut tower. I purchased and installed these strut assemblies because one of the coil springs was broken on my wife's 2000 Honda Odyssey. The first thing she said after she drove it with the new struts and springs was "...it handles great!" And, it does. Good strut and spring for a reasonable price.

The originals had to be mounted in a particular position that was indicated by an arrow otherwise the vehicle could not have a proper alignment done and the vehicle would pull right inexplicably. Unfortunately these struts have no such marking and the pull to the right is nearly intolerable. Otherwise I wouldn't say these struts are much better than the old and leaking units I pulled off the van. You can't beat OEM for quality I guess but these turned out to be really just a waste. The only thing that improved slightly but only for about 2000 kms was the damping.
