I bought these for intensive Muay Thai sparring after suffering an ankle injury (an accidental elbow spear to the front of the ankle - right between the pads on my shin/foot guard, ouch). I needed some extra support and padding to the area as there was pain every time I kicked. Although these anklets are not padded, they nevertheless feel as though they provide a surprising amount of protection, and are very comfortable. To begin with I bandaged my ankle with an old spare hand wrap, put the anklet on over this, and then the usual shin guard. It gave enough protection that I could continue to spar without worry. When the injury healed I continued to wear them as they are very supportive and do feel as though they help stabilise the ankle (useful for me as I have a number of old foot injuries).They wash well (I wash them in the machine at 30 degrees every time I wear them) and yes, the print is beginning to come off, but frankly I couldn't care less about that as I'm not especially interested in advertising the company, although they do make very good products!I bought the medium; I have wide size 7/ 8 feet, and the medium is comfortably snug without being tight or hard to get on/off.I would buy them again; and they are a very good price. Judging by the way my other RDX products have worn, I would expect these to last me nicely over a year of training 3-5 times a week.

Purchased for my 11 year old son who has recently taken up boxing.They are simply perfect for what he uses them for as it is a bare foot policy at the boxing gym. Provides that little bit of support he needs.Absolutely no qualms in recommending this product.

Do the job fine im size 9 and medium fit perfect

Used 6-10 times and falling apart. Thought might of got a bit more out of them than that
