This book encourages us to live well by enduring the pain of discipline so we don't live the rest of our lives in regret. Invaluable lessons to keep close to your heart while quickly and consistently applying to your life.

if you know who Jim Rohn is then you know this is a master piece. super simple to read, my 11 year HATES to read. He got bored I offered this book and he could not let it down. This is book is so simple to read yet you get so much value out of it, it is unbelievable. Not a long read and every chapter is straight to the point does not have you guessing.

I read nearly a chapter a day to let the information sink in, but each piece lays out a key pillar that we need to consider in life toward success. This book reinforced the very first book I just read prior to this one from Jim Rohn called "7 Strategies for Wealth and Happiness". I actually for the first time have life goals! By the time I reached the last chapter, I was emotionally attached as if I had known Mr. Davis myself. You will realize by the end of the book how we may have all squandered opportunities in our life, but it is not too late. I am making this book and the one I mentioned above as a read for my family by gifting them their own copies. The book tells you high level what you need to do, but you have to do some personal homework on your life, lay plans out, and shift your attitude towards a change that will last forever. Can't recommend this enough!

It’s a nice short read. I listened to the audiobook. I took notes on the really good parts. There is a lesson in every chapter and as the title suggests, there are 12. Story form, 127 pages. RIP Jim.

JR's messages are always thoughtful and powerful, but I found this style of message either aimed at a young person or too simple for someone eager for the point. Others are free to disagree, but I didn't need the long/simple story chosen to communicate the points.

Depiction of the concepts was amazing and the simplicity of the book in the explanation of concepts is great.The lessons changed my life altogether.
