Art Therapy: An Anti-Anxiety Colouring Book

Brilliant quality- love the pictures as the black outlines are deep and perfect without being overbearing. The hardbacked book is quality yet you don't feel as if you shouldn't colour in them. The hints or shading colours also make me happy as I can choose to have backgrounds of colour to compliment my pictures. The paper quality is very good, it takes watercolour without too much water and all my markers pens pencils etc work very well. It has tooth for coloured pencils and ive not found anything wrong with my book. Ive just bought a set of four of them which will keep me working for a year or two. Superb, do hope they make more.

I think these colouring books are brilliant. I have just purchased this latest one (I have all the other 4 in the series) and it doesn't disappoint. The paper is lovely and thick and pens don't seep through to the next page and I have used lots of different types of fibre tip pens and also glitter markers which give a lovely effect. The books cover every range of subjects to colour and are very relaxing to do. I can strongly recommend these books.

Part of my favourite series of colouring books. Nice thick paper so ink doesn't run through. The doodle section at the end means that you don't always have to do colouring. Excellent value for money - always buy this series for myself or as a gift
