Works well after you study the directions
I used this to track steps while using NOOM app but it doesn't actually interface with NOOM. I was trying to save money so that didn't matter to me because I can just transfer my steps over the the other app at the end on the day. It took me awhile before I figured out how to use this pedometer. The directions were a little unclear to me so I read them multiple times and messed with the buttons until I figured it out.You have to push the top and bottom buttons together to PAUSE (driving in car, etc.) and you have to repeatedly push the top button to get it to where you can read your daily steps. It keeps track of steps for several days so there is a way to look at that too. It also tracks miles and a few other things so you have to make sure you are in right mode to just see steps for the day. It automatically starts over at midnight but you can still see your steps from several prior days. It comes with a clip and a lanyard (which I did not use) so it's not half as stylish or easy to wear as the wrist models. I just put it in a pocket or clipped it on my shirt. All in all it works well for the price.

I read the negative reviews of the pedometers at this price range and selected this OneTweak. It arrived in good shape a few days earlier than promised. One common negative comment about these pedometers is inaccurate counting of steps - the OneTweak did not have comments about inaccuracy and that's why I picked it. I have found that it is accurate.A negative comment about the OneTweak is difficulty with set up -- I received the quickstart guide and had absolutely no trouble getting started. It took me about 5 minutes max. The quickstart guide has diagrams and simple instructions. Big bonus for me, with my 60-year-old eyes: I did not need reading glasses to see the instructions or read the numbers and markings on the device. The other common negative comment about the OneTweak is that the device clip is not secure. I have found that to be true. When I clip it on the front of my waistband, it pops off when I bend over. I have successfully clipped it on a belt loop which results in a big bulge under my shirt and on my bra which subjects it to sweat when I'm exercising. Overall, a great product, just needs a tighter clip. I want to give it a 4.8.Edit: So, what about the lanyard, you might be asking? Well, evidently Ms. Cat knocked it off the counter and her partner in crime, Mr. Dog, chewed off the plastic and metal, leaving me with just the strap. That Darn Cat.

SURVIVED BEING WASHED IN MY WASHING MACHINE! AMAZINGLY DURABLE PRODUCT!
UPDATE 5/17/17 - This morning, I accidentally left my One Tweak clipped to my pant's pocket when doing some laundry.By the time I remembered it, the One Tweak was completely submerged in water and had gone through a spin cycle.I thought that between the shock of being submerged in water for over an hour and subjected to the violent shock ofthe spin cycle on the washing machine that the One Tweak would have been destroyed. When I removed the One Tweak the digital display was not working and showed some water drops inside it.Instead of tossing the pedometer, I decided to take it apart (very easy to do) and to dry out its internals with a paper towel.I then added a new battery and reset the One Tweak to see if it would still work.Imagine my surprise when the One Tweak 's digital display lit up and it I was able to circle through its modefeature. I then started to walk with it on to determine if its motion sensitive function was still workingand it works perfectly. This is one tough little pedometer and worth every penny. Just remember that it is not water proof, sodon't use it for swimming. Moreover, if the unit does get wet and stops functioning, take it apart anddry its internals, replace the battery and press on the reset set switch with a pencil tip or small screwdriver. You might well find that the One Tweak will work start working properly again.Earlier...UPDATE: 4/29/17 - I've been using this pedometer for a few months now and find it to be indispensable in monitoring mydaily walking. I just clip it on in the morning and unclip it at the end of the day to see how many miles I have walked. There are plenty of Websites that offer conversion charts from steps to miles so that you can know precisely how faryou are walking each day. This item is worth every penny. It is also durable. I had accidentally dropped it several times and it continues to functionperfectly.UPDATE: I've been using this pedometer for a few weeks now and find it to be a wonderful tool for monitoring my dailywalks. I just reset it each morning, clip it on my pant's pocket and go. At the end of each day I check to see how many steps I havewalked. It's that simple. The OneTweak is a fantastic, diminutive and unobtrusive device that can be used by anyone who is looking to get back into great physical condition one step (please excuse the pun) at a time.Highly recommended! This is an excellent pedometer for the money, with several useful features. However, its instructions take a bit of getting used to which has resulted in some OneTweak users contacting customer service for help. In this case, this company's customer service is said to be excellent; a rarity these days.Highly recommended!
