This is my second pair. The first I am still wearing in my athletic shoes. I am still wearing them after a year of wear. Love them for walking my 3 miles a day. The second pair I will be using for my everyday shoes so I don't have to switch back and forth. Buyer should know the original sole in the pair you will be putting them in must be removed first.

I have plantars fasciitis. My feet felt sprained and like stepping on a nail in my heals. These was recommends by the podiatrist. They feel weird for like 2 days, but on 3rd day...my pain started being significantly less. I had terrible pain every day for 2 years from being misdiagnosed. These thing brought my pain down significantly in like 2 weeks. I couldn't believe it. Now pain is bareable and still lessening. This my second pair. I need these.

These work really well! I've battled plantar fasciitis for 20 years and these work for me every bit as good as my original custom orthotics, at much less cost. I've used them in my shoes for a few years now. My son started using them this year because he's on his feet all day at his job and says his feet are less tired at the end of the day. And I bought pairs for my daughters - we're on the way to making them a family affair. I've purchased at least 5 pairs so far and will purchase more when these wear out!

When you first purchase these your feet will still hurt for a while. Keep using them the pain will go away and if you let your feet get really bad before you went to the doctor and he told you to purchase these....wear you shoes inside too. Don’t go anywhere without these until your feet feel better. If your feet don’t feel better after two weeks. See your doctor you most like have something he needs to look at.

The fit is perfect. I just got these yesterday so I couldn't give a 5 star rating quite yet. I'm supposed to increase the time wearing them each day according to my physical therapist. I am being treated for severe heel pain associated with plantar fasciitis and a hip issue.I ordered the green inserts.

Great insoles. Replaced the stock thin insoles on some NoBull shoes. Had been getting some heel pain after prolonged impact, both from walking and working out. With these in, I have no more pain. Fit exactly like the original, although a bit thicker, so the laces have to have a little room- wasn’t a problem at all in my case.

These have excellent support, fit perfectly into my shoes without having to trim anything. I've order 3 pairs so far and shipper has been on the spot. The only drawback for me is that they are a bit hard with not cushion, which doesn't help the pain in my arthritic big toe. However, the pain in my feet due to poor support has diminished. I will buy more for other shoes as soon as I can...they are a bit pricey!

My podiatrist recommended this exact brand for my trouble with tendons in my foot that were allowing a bone to poke out and caused a lot of pain. A month later, with daily wear, my foot is feeling and looking so much better. They wash well in case you wear them without socks.
