I decided to try this product because I was constantly feeling tired. At first, I didn’t notice much of a difference, but I kept taking it daily and I’m so glad I did. After a few days, I started feeling much more energetic and able to handle physical efforts with ease. Even people around me noticed the boost in my energy levels. It definitely works for me!

First iron supplement I haven't had an issue with! The taste is not bad- I usually take one with my supper and have no issues. When my house is warmer they do stick in the package some but manageable to get out. I do not know if they have raised my iron numbers though as I haven't had them retested yet. Previous to taking this I was using miralax every couple days for constipation but I no longer have to do that since starting these

Flavor is good and black bad after taste. It didn't make me sick like the iron pills I tried. It's been 3 weeks now. 5 stars. Will continue daily and keep buying

Back in 2022, I was having symptoms of low iron even though I didn't know it. When I got my blood tested to see if anything was wrong, my doctor found I was almost anemic and I needed to take iron supplements regularly to get it back to normal. My stomach can be very sensitive, especially when it comes to medication so I knew I would have a hard time taking regular iron supplements. This product was the first thing I found when I typed in chewable iron supplements and I love watermelon flavor so I decided to try it. I figured if it didn't work for me and made my stomach upset, it was only $20 lost. If these didn't say they're iron supplements, I would have eaten the whole bottle. They are bursting with flavor and were not hard to chew at all, I felt more like I was eating candy. They also didn't stick to my teeth which is an issue I've had previously with other gummies. I took these once a day for 6 months and when I got my iron levels tested again it had increased significantly and were almost back to a normal level. It took the better part of a year, but now I take them once a month to keep my iron levels normal and I recommend these to anyone who needs an iron supplement and hate taking regular iron pills. 10/10

I have added these to my daily gummy as I need to increase my calcium as I age or I get cramps. These taste good. They do not upset my stomach and the quality seems good. They can be a little sticky, but that is not problematic. I am very careful to get all of my daily nutrients in and these help. I have re-purchased and will continue to do so.

I started taking these Soft Chews with 45 mg of Iron a couple of months ago, and I’ve already noticed a big improvement in my ferritin levels! Before starting, my iron levels were low, and I was feeling fatigued and sluggish. After a few weeks, my ferritin went up significantly, which was confirmed by my doctor through lab tests.The chews are easy to take and don’t leave that typical metallic aftertaste that other iron supplements do. I also like that they’re gentle on my stomach and don’t cause any discomfort, which has been an issue with other forms of iron for me in the past.Highly recommend these if you’re looking for an effective and easy way to improve your iron levels!
