Falsely advertised as breakaway collar!!!
The collars are beautiful and I love that but I am all about safety with my cat since he enjoys to climb on furniture. This collar is advertised as a breakaway collar and it is not. I would never have purchased it if I knew that despite how beautiful it is. I am a veterinary assistant and you wouldn’t believe the amount of cats that accidentally hang themselves by the collar getting caught on furniture and stuff. I tugged on this collar pretty hard and it did not break off, it stayed clipped. I will be returning this collar for that fact only. I strongly urge all cat owners to only use breakaway collars for your babies! No matter how cute it may be your cats health and safety comes first.

Cat is excited! ))
Love this product! My cat is ok with that on his neck. With the second one he is playing. Very cute and I think its comfortable, because he is not meowing to take it off.

Does Not Breakaway
These are cute but the do not breakaway. My cat got it tangled in his paw and could not get out of the collar.

Beautiful BREAKAWAY collars.
I purchased four of these in various colors/designs to replace worn out collars on my cats. These are beautiful, well made, and have a strong breakaway clip. I have found many designs of breakaway collars come off WAY too easy and I would find them scattered throughout the house having come off during rambunctious play sessions. Also, the cats would figure out how to hook a forepaw or hind leg under them and pop them off. These collars won't do that. They will come off in an emergency situation (for example if you have a cat that goes outside and gets hung up on a fence) but won't come off during normal activity or play. Since there seems to be some confusion in reading reviews about whether these are actual breakaway collars I have included a picture showing the difference between the clip and spring flanges on the cat collar (top) and on a dog collar (bottom). You can clearly see the design difference. You can't pull the clip on a dog collar apart. I love these new collars and they look really beautiful on my cats. Plus I have the peace of mind knowing if any of them accidentally get outside (they're indoor only cats) that their ID and rabies tags will have a better chance of staying on them for reuniting purposes.

Great Breakaway Collars
I bought these collars because I was looking for NON-breakaway collars. I found this and saw in the picture it was a buckle type thing, a non-breakaway. So far our kittens have worn them for a few days. They adjusted easily. Although, in the package they were to the largest they could go, so it’s taking some time for the part that sits in the adjustable loop (I guess that’s what you’d call it???) to re-imprint. What I mean is, on our smaller kitten it doesn’t stay equal, goes back to its imprint - makes it look like a poof (I guess?). Either way, I’m very pleased. These have not start to unravel (as they play fight a lot) or become stringy. I’m pleased for price and how they look.Update: One of the cats has broken out of this a few times now. It is a breakaway collar. At first it seemed like it wasn’t, but after he did it a couple times, it’s now easy for it to breakaway.

Not for PUPPIES
I bought these for my toy poodle when she was about 2-3 months old. She was tiny and would keep getting stepped on (I have a large family) so I needed a collar with a bell in and out of the house. I had trouble finding collars for small puppies, my groomer suggested kitten collars because they are smaller. Overall, I loved the colors and the designs on these collars. Unfortunately, these are not meant for puppies/dogs. The first time the collar "broke away", my dog ran into the streets. I yelled for her and she thought I was playing a game with her and would run away from me. I hoped maybe I just didn't buckle the collar in right. A week later it happened again. I had to run into the middle of the street and stop 5 oncoming cars. Fortunately, my neighbors were very nice and understanding. But now, even with littlest pull, the collar "breaks away".Can't say how these collars would work on a cat, but these are not for puppies. I still gave these collars 3 stars because it's my fault - I should've read more into breakaway collars.
