5 Pack - Battery for Uniden BT-1008 & Many Others, Bulk Packaging)

I got the 5 battery packs from the same seller, one order for a different type and current battery, (same seller) although not a "Kstar" at least it had the current capacity and manufacture date printed on the battery pack shrinkwrap.This item page item is not a "Kstar" battery pack, with only a generic designation, (BT-1008) one has to assume it's the "same" as the listed "Kstar" battery pack, but without the current capacity, I can only guess at what I'm holding here plus the only benefit of this cheaper price set is the listed manufacture year, (2007, so I know how long it's been sitting in a warehouse unsold) and I suppose if there's no listed current capacity, can I even be sure this isn't a Ni-Cd battery?After this less than ideal experience, I suggest paying the extra $4 and just buy the battery pack from "Kstar" themselves and skip the generic "what the heck is the current capacity of these batttery packs? (debacle)"

I had ordered two units of five and only 11 arrived. I entered my problem with the seller. I immediately got a response and the missing product. Usually the batteries last about two years in my phone system. I have 6 hand units on my system and when one goes the others follow. However I have a lifetime warranty with these, we will see how that goes. I am happy with the product,

I ordered this item, which was supposed to have five replacement batteries. It was poorly packaged (standard Amazon box) with a bit of packing plastic inside. There was an small, empty ziploc bag in the box with a label (X009C66YT) on it, and FOUR (not FIVE) batteries banging around loose in the box. The box had not been damaged nor opened. The invoice showed that I had indeed ordered the item which was to include five replacement batteries. There must be a battery laying on a shipping room floor somewhere.I am not complaining about the quality of the batteries as I simply do not know how they will pan out. I'm not sure I want to go to all the trouble of repacking, trotting to the post office etc. to accomplish a return--I just want my fifth battery.If the seller reads this review and takes care of the problem, I'll edit the review and up the star rating.23July2012 update. The batteries work fine. The seller has never contacted me, which means s/he doesn't read these reviews. Pity.

Perfect fit, works great, cycled them a few times, charges lasted several days. No DOA or off performance with my order. As some reviews have noted, I have used all kids of batteries from phones to National Remote Control car racing costing hundreds of dollars. Some times you may get a bad one, or one that does not perform as long as the others. That.s OK!! Call the company and if they have good customer service......I am sure they will take care of you!!!

We have 3 Uniden portable phones with one base. These batteries are the perfect size & come partially charged. The price is great & delivery to our home is awesome. I don't have to go searching for what I need in the stores.

Our phones were barely holding a charge. They'd die in mid-conversation. We figure we'd (again) be spending $80 or so for a new set, but decided to check amazon for new batteries instead. Am I glad we did!The batteries were, as others have posted, partly-charged upon receipt. They charged up quickly and hold the charge. So far, as good as new AND saved us quite a bit of money. Very happy with these to this point.

Batteries work great so far. Didn't get any written warranty about "lifetime Warranty" Is that my life? Life till we ditch the phones?Original batteries were supposed to last 1 - 2 years. They lasted 8 years. What is the expected "life" of these?We'll see.

Three good, two dead in our package. But they last a LONG time! I ordered for a 3 handset set based on reviews of mixed luck, and 3 out of 5 worked.Been using them regularly for a few weeks now, and no complaints (for the 3 that did work)!
