They cut decent enough for the girls i go out with. Definitely not the same quality as my hyperthem consumables but they cut, and can get you through busy season when consumables are harder to find.

They only last one time and then get warped.

These tips are a softer alloy than hypertherms, they dont last and cost me more money in wasted material than i saved cutting corners by buying these. I was cutting 5 sheets of parts with the real thing and wasted 6 of these tips on two sheets, which ended up in scrap due to tip blowouts. The electrodes seem to be holding up but the tips are trash. Save yourself the hassle and headache, just buy the real thing.

Half the electrodes worked as they were suppose to. I continued to have misfires and a inconsistent arc on the other half. It seemed as every now and then I’d get a really good pair then the next ones would be a total waste. I think they are worth the money but I’d pay more for consistency.I used a Hypertherm 45xp

They were horrible I use them in a CNC with a dryer and 3 other filters The best Conditions that they could ask them to be used in Couldn't get them to last longer than one picture As where the ones from hyperthermia I can usually get 40 to 50 cut out Big waste of money and time

Works great.. would've gave 5.stars but some electrodes were damaged in Packageing. But they cut great.. only on 10 gauge thickness or less material which is what they're recommended for. But they work great and for allot less money than name brand consumables.

They seem to cut just fine I cut a bunch of these 36” flags without having to change out consumables. The key with any consumable is making sure your machine is setup to run the best it can and good clean air.

No need to buy directly from hypertherm or any of their suppliers. They overcharge. These tips and electrodes will give the same quality cut and the same lifespan. Look no further.
