I like them very much. Great product. Great quality. I bought a large size because those socks somehow run small.

I ordered these silk socks hoping to apply the logic that if silk pillowcases are less drying to the face and hair, then perhaps silk socks are less drying to the feet. I can't quite report on that as the Babyfoot foot peel didn't do much for my really rough heels. I had intended to get them in good shape and then keep them so with body butter and the silk.That said, the super-rough cheese grater-like texture on the edge of my heels has not sawed through these socks. They're very thin and I expected them to be shredded within a couple wearings. They are holding up well over a month in. I believe silk is renowned for its strength.Also, the dot pattern woven into the fabric is beautiful. They hug the foot and make it look sexy, if such a thing can be said for socks, without looking cheap.These are labeled for feet up to women's size 7.5. I wear anywhere from an 8.5 in sandals to a 9 in Hunter boots. I was concerned they'd be too small, but they're fine. They stretch a tad while wearing without getting baggy. They only go just above the ankle bones, with the black pair being a bit taller. I may try the men's silk crew socks as Amazon does not seem to offer them for women.Also, I have been wearing inside my snow boots to take the dog out in two feet of snow and my feet have been perfectly warm, despite how thin they are.

I love these silk socks. However:1. Shipping is super slow. They took so long to arrive that I not only completely forgot I had ordered them, but it was already the next season, warmer weather. Finally it's Fall and I get to wear them - mostly as a second layer, for reynauds.2. Length is much shorter than mid calf. Listing and title should say Ankle Socks. They come just up to the bottoms of leggings.3. Small foot. I have size 7 feet, and I'm not sure these would fit if you wear size 8.

The quality seems good. I have only worn a few times,so time will tell how they wear. The fabric is thin (which is the case with silk socks) and works well with shoes and boots. I wear a size 7 shoe and the length is good. They fit nicely but the “somewhat small” is due to the height. These are not mid calf. Not even close. They go a little past my ankle bone. If they were mid calf I would order more. The colors are nice and soft. The other reason I will not order more at this time, is the color selection. I did not have much choice. I would love to be able to order the colors I would use most. As I said the colors, green, lavender etc... are very nice and it is nice to occasionally wear those colors, my preference is more towards the neutral colors,like beige, grey,black and navy.

These are very nice stretchy 100% silk socks with almost indistinguishable toe seam. My shoe size is 8 medium; these socks fit my feet nicely, but I would not recommend for larger sizes. I have not worn them enough to say how well they will last compared to other fibers. They come up to my ankle bone in height, so they are not very tall. The individual packages have Chinese writing, so I can assume they are made in China. There are no washing instructions provided, so I recommend cold water, mild detergent and hang dry.

After the long wait for these silk socks from China to arrive, all my antisapation went south when I tried one women's silk sock on.These are for grade schoolers, not women.The sock was so small, it only came up my heel and was sure to slide off.I gave the socks 2 stars because they appear to be well made. However, you do NOT receive 6 different colors. I received pairs of 3 colors.

These socks are well made and comfortable, for women they fit like ankle socks. Easy to wash, colors as shown.

Well worth the wait on shipping; very light and excellent dressy crew socks (which may, or may not be pure silk; I can't tell) warm in a chill/cool in the heat of summer. These go perfectly with my more stylish sandals. A note of warning: Be careful unpacking these socks (recommend wash in detergent suitable for delicate fabric) as there are tiny staples and sewn thread which can snag.
