Brilliant discreet guard
I wanted an absolutely plain discreet guard that wouldn’t fall over if someone walked past a little too close. Our fireplace is homemade and therefore difficult to buy a guard for due to the depth. This was perfect! Although I haven’t had a fire yet I don’t doubt it will be perfect. The guard was just a little too wide which didn’t matter as I flexed it inwards by a few millimetres, which made it snug and tight against the wall. This is such good value for money.The rest for not giving a heat resistant rating is because we haven’t had a fire yet.

Great fireguard, well made and free standing, this is the smallest one I could find online. first one arrived damaged unfortunately but I was instantly sent a replacement after sending photos
