Challenger has done it again.I first became aware of Challenger products in Feb of 2017 when I first tried their styling paste. It was a quality product that I still use. When I heard they were coming out with shampoo and conditioner, I was intrigued. Tea tree oil shampoo for men? Yes please.I am a male with pretty long hair that I take good care of. I usually use salon quality shampoos and conditioners to keep my hair in good condition. I’m not sure my hair has ever felt cleaner than after I stepped out of the shower the other day after using these. Feeling super refreshed from the tea tree oil I was ready to take on the day.The Shampoo says daily use, but FYI you don’t need to wash your hair every day, especially when you use a good product like this. So to get your money’s worth, use every other day, your hair will thank you and so will your girlfriend 😎.As an entrepreneur and single father I need all the help I can get and a little confidence boost from looking my best means so much to me. I love Challenger’s style and the products always stand up to the challenge, they haven’t let me down yet.Take care of your hair, you wear it every day.

The shampoo smells (quite literally eye-burning strong) like Andes Candies mints.. The conditioner smells (exactly as strongly) of mint chocolate chip ice cream with a tiny whiff of coconut.I used them once, and I was physically choking on the over-powering smell. (To be fair, mint is my least favorite smell or flavor.) My scalp was "tingling" (by which I mean painfully burning) for about half an hour after the experience was all over.This might just be the absolute best shampoo and conditioner on the market.. but due to my inability to stand the ungodly fragrance strength; I will never know what benefits it could hold for ones hair or scalp.I've never had the power of a products scent be an issue for me.. Until now. Far, far, far too strong.

First off, I want to state that I hardly ever write reviews. I really only do when the product is either so bad I want to steer others away from it, or that it's so good I want to tell others about it. I absolutely love this product. The first use, I was shocked at how strong and terrific feeling that tingling feeling was from the shampoo. I never used conditioner before this product, so I see big improvements in my hair from applying the nutrients from it. One of the biggest pros of this product is that you don't have to use it every single day. The ingredients are so stellar that I only use it every other day. And even with that schedule of use, my hair is actually LESS greasy than before in between showers (I used to use head and shoulders). The best part is that I don't have to worry about my dandruff. I was using head and shoulders before but I didn't like how it was stripping my hair of its nutrients. But this combo takes care of my hair, and I can feel the difference when I get out of the shower. Lastly, other products I use to style my hair work just the same if not better. I can't recommend this product enough.

This stuff is INTENSE. Don’t buy if you’re looking for a balanced, middling experience. Conveniently, that’s not what I am after. The shampoo is a refreshment of the highest order, and will consume your whole shower. If I had any critique, it’s that the conditioner isn’t matched to the shampoo- it’s way more mellow, and only pays lip service to the MO of the shampoo. Then again, after such an intense shampoo, a mellow finish to the ritual is well called for. It might not be for you, but it’s definitwly worth a try.

This is a good product combo. I like the way the shampoo makes good suds, and it smells good too. My hair feels really soft after using the shampoo and the conditioner, and the conditioner (especially after I shampoo) makes my scalp feel tingly and fresh.The labels are funny, too, and I like the shampoo directions: "Massage into hair. Rinse. It's Shampoo."

I love this shampoo!!! I can't say enough good things about it. I've never had a shampoo that allowed me to only wash my hair every other day. Until now.I bought this shampoo last June. It is now December and I am finally needing some more. It lasts forever, is cheap and my hair has never looked so good.I also color my hair purple and this shampoo doesn't fade my color.

I love challenger hair products, I use them every day, so I figured id give the shampoo and conditioner a try once Paul Mitchell shampoo and conditioner ran out. Upon opening the shampoo it had the similar scent to a bottle of mint extract, it is SOOO STRONG. When using it, it engulfs the entire bathroom in a mint scent, not pleasing. The conditioner has a much more mellow scent, which I strongly prefer, however when I use the conditioner after being in my hair for about 30 seconds my scalp starts to feel irritated. Not sure if there's something in it that I'm allergic too, or that this conditioner is just more extreme then the last I've used but it made my scalp start to feel like it was burning. Ive already given this away to someone else that is used to using axe products, maybe they'll enjoy it more. However its not for me as I know what high quality stuff is and this unfortunately isn't that.

This hair care product lives up to its name "challenger" it challanger all other hair products and wins. Before i always had to get small bottles of similar product and it wasn't cheap. These come in a regular size bottles an for the same price. Completely worth it. Not sure if its for just men or women too. But this product is amazing, I use it for both my beard and hair. You feel this product work. It makes your hair feel freaking amazing especially my beard. A huge plus it has promoted fast hair growth as well due to the biotin. Love this product the smell is heavenly, tea tree and i think peppermint is in the conditioner smells like chocolate peppermint candies slightly which is fantastic. This is a must by for either gender.
