My mom and I read this book together. It was hard to put down every night. It was a great read together and i also loved reading on my own. Great plot and story line. There is nothing you cannot like about this book. If you read this book you will be amazed by how good it is. I hope you read this book. This is one of the best books I have ever read.

Ordered for my grandson to read on my kindle but there wasn't time for him to do so I read it. Good book. Unfortunately I am not tech enough to get my copy to him so I read it myself. Still hope he gets to read it. He is 12 and an excellent baseball player.

My son thoroughly enjoyed this book, and couldn't put it down! We're now reading all of the Cal Ripken Jr. books.

Great not only for boys but for their fathers as well. My son spent Christmas Day reading this book and loved it. Sadly for me they took the books home before Glammy had a chance to read them.

I purchased this for my 12 year old niece. She is a pitcher on her softball team. These books have a moral to them which is good for children this age. She really enjoys reading the All-Stars series.
