Microwave it on half/defrost and it is absolutely incredible.

A big disappointment
Not the quality I expected. My wife and I were thoroughly disappointed in this lobster bisque.The flavor we expected certainly did not meet our expectations. We are both lovers of lobster and have eaten it many times in the past.

Love
I love lobster and this bisque is very, very good. It is rich without being overly so and creamy without leaving a filmy after taste. There are enough chunks of lobster and the broth tastes like lobster. The only other lobster bisque I've had came from a soup speciality store and this is just as good without the price tag.

Not As Good As I Thought
The packaging and delivery were very good. The Lobster Bisque was a big disappointment. It tasted very fishy and very thin (like water). I was looking forward to something similar to what Red Lobster used to serve.

I ordered this with the clam chowder, and it was not a pleasant experience. I tried the first can, and the other 2 went right into the trash.
