Nordic Ware Is The Standard
I have always wanted a cooling rack. I finally found this Nordic Ware rack this fits inside my half sheet pan. That makes storage easy. It is perfect for elevating pizza to maintain crispness. The intended use for this is a baking cooling rack, but Iโm going to use it with my Blackstone grill to cook pizzas! Itโs certainly sturdy enough and built well. It is not super heavy weight. It appears to have a pretty good size baking area/capacity. Iโm hoping it works out well. Itโs non stick , so thereโs little need for spraying it. Iโm sure it will resist rust. It will certainly work well for a cooling rack!

Nordicware is the BEST!
I have been using Nordware baking sheets and racks for over 30 years. I won't use anything else. Easy to clean, they are very sturdy, and everything bakes and cooks to perfection.
