Not sure how much it is helping or how long it will last. But my son enjoys using it.

Our grandkids loved this until the dog got it and loved it as well. So I bought another, and they have a few arguments who has it next.

The product itself is really great! The waist band secures nicely and have had no issues. The portion that holds that ball does not seem to do well with a size 3 ball though. Bought this for my son and occasionally have to put the ball back in after some use, because it will slip out. Aside from the size issue with the smaller soccer ball (works great on size 5!) this is a really great product!

String is too short and ball constantly comes out. The ones attached to the ball are better.

For a child who never stops moving and always has a ball in her hand, this was great. She uses it for juggling practice for soccer and servicing practice for volleyball.

I originally purchased this for my daughter to help get her kick right. I also purchased one bicycle flags for targets.I took the flags and placed them in the ground at different angles so the flag part is 2 feet , 4 feet off the ground. Then had her stand back far enough that she could aim and try to hit the targets. This had really improved her kicking and knowing when and how to position herself and her foot to get the ball where needed.This worked so great I purchased 3 more to keep in my coaches bag and I now have my team use these during practices.The trainer itself I would say is geared more for youths. The waist band does not go around my waist and I usually wear a 32 or 33 waist in jeans. For my youth U11 team they work great with a lot of room left over if needed.They fit our size 4 balls with no issues at all.So far the elastic has held up very well and I have not had any fraying or damage at all. Yes they will twist up almost immediately but that does not really hurt anything while using them. I always straighten them out and inspect after ever practice to ensure no issues arise.These also help for learning how to receive a ball and trap it. Like I tell my kids, the harder you kick the quicker and harder it will be coming right back at you so be prepared.Overall these are great so any soccer player looking to improve in their skills.A quick and easy way to get more touches.

This thing arrived quick (2 days). My 6 year old son LOVES it. I took it with us to his soccer practice last week and arrived early and figured I'd help him practice with it for goalie position and kicking (I admit, it's great that he can use this himself without me having to chase the ball and throw it back to him myself). Well....his team arrived earlier than usual and my son fought me when I told him he had to take it off and practice with his team mates and every one from his team mates to the other kids on other teams all wanted to try it and wanted to know what it was. So glad I purchased this because my son wants to use it all the time now and I love that he can use it independently even with his very small 6 year old waist. I am 5'5" at180 pounds myself, and this thing fit around my waist as well but I would say I am at the max probably for it to fit. I put it on to show him how to use it. I was surprised that it did fit me comfortably because I didn't think about that when I ordered it (usually you'd think these things would be made for athletic types (smaller waists) but I was pleasantly surprised that it fit me. I know it won't fit my husband though who is quite a bit bigger than me. Since this is for my son to play with independently it won't matter though. I would definitely order again from this company....so glad I found this product. Helps with practicing goalie position and kicking out and stopping, returning the kick without needing someone to practice with. My son is an only child so this is awesome for us. And now all his team mates are his best friend. lol

Been used about a dozen times and still working.This is probably not designed for belting the ball with all the strength that an 11yr old can create. If you keep kicking it too hard, the cable could snap.Great tool to get better first touch from passes on ground and in the air.Great for volley timing practice.Needs a little patience to avoid getting all tangled up.We found that if you have one hand holding the elastic strap to help guide it, then it is less likely to get tangled around the legs after kicking.
