Nicely sized & 4 to a pack are filling enough to fight off hunger. Tastes great. Cookie quality is great. They rarely break in my go bag. These are whole grain and low glycolemic index to keep me from diabetic low blood sugar episodes when I'm replacing meals with protein shakes to lose weight.

I love Belvitas but these were not as pictured. They don’t come in the manufacturer’s packaging. The packets came loose in a brown cardboard shipping box. Many of them were broken. There is no freshness date on them. I don’t know how they have been handled and don’t even feel safe to eat them. I tried to return them but because it’s a food item, it is not allowed. In this economy we can’t afford to throw money away like this. I am very disappointed and angry. This is completely unfair.

These are the best breakfast on the go. I have found less expensive at my local Sam's Club

Box all banged up. Contents still devourable. These biscuits and a cup of ARMY coffee. They're not stale either

I eat these for breakfast each morning w/my coffee. I find they satisfy me & my hunger longer. Have been eating this for a long time.
