Hi, just wondering if size 3 UK child, would be same as adult 3 or is this a small child size 3??

Slightly slimmer than adults. I'm a UK 4 and bought children's slippers at half the price of adults. They're perfect.

are these adult size 11 (large size) and if used are they just damaged packaging or will they have been worn by someone previously?
