Absolutely Delicious, Refreshing Wine
Having made several of the RJS Orchard Breezin' kits now, I have to say this is a favorite of mine as well as among family and friends that have shared a glass. I always adjust the starting specific gravity to be higher before starting fermentation, and reduce the amount of back-sweetening done afterward. That results in a wine with a bit higher alcohol than the kit normally produces (8-10% ABV versus the 6.5% projected by precisely following the kit instructions). It also makes it somewhere between semi-dry and semi-sweet, which is far more refreshing to me than a truly sweet wine.If you are new to home wine-making, or new to making fruit wines, these kits are a fantastic way to learn, while reliably producing a good end product. This kit plus a starter equipment set is really all you need.

Nothing but success
I have had nothing but success with the whole Orchard Breezin line. The wine is delicious and the instructions are easy to follow. I'm buying a second blueberry because it was that good. Enjoy!

Delicious dessert wine.
Inexpensive as far as wine kits go. And it's delicious. Just follow the instructions and add the packets in the order given, and within days after bottling just chill it a little and enjoy. Its addictive to drink. It's a sweet wine, so tastes great after a meal. It's low alcohol content, almost like beer strength. The only reason not to buy it is if you don't like sweet wine or blueberries, but who doesn't like blueberries? If you are somebody that just has to have dry wine, then don't bother.
