Perfect compact bowl!
We travel by motorcycle, and needed something which would take up little space on the bike, be microwave safe, and be sturdy enough to hold a full can of soup without spilling.After looking at every option available, we purchased the Sea to Summit X Bowl and also the cup.After a full month on the road, using the bowl and cup nearly every night, both have worked perfectly. My husband went as far as to say "these are the neatest gadgets you've bought in a long time". Which is saying alot, as I'm sort of a gadget geek!The only downside I could see to these would be for backpackers, as they are relatively heavy. The thick base makes them no-tip, but if you're looking for light weight above all else, titanium would be the answer.Easy to clean, easy to store, sturdy and simple. A perfect answer to ultra-compact cooking on the go!

Awesome camp bowl
I travel alot and most of the places i stay dont have eating utincles or any kind of dishes this is super easy tp clean (someone said food can hide in the cracks) there are no hiding spots for food. Its sturdy i hold the rim and eat cereal out of it juse.

I gave it as a gift, it is made to hold up, light to carry and does not take much room. I am going to have to get one for myself too.

Great Compact Bowl
Better than expected. The bottom of the bowl is very solid and the bowl folds very compactly. I am very satisfied with this purchase, as is my dog who drinks from it on our longer runs and hikes. Very handy.

Backbacking Gear
This was a gift for my grandson for a trip in the coming summer. After the trip, we will see how it held up and worked for his meals. It is lightweight and collapsable which is great for the purpose.

didn't even make it through one weekend of use
bought it for the fold-flat design. i've had mixed results with silicon-based products since they tend to take on odors (food, cleaning product) easily. was disappointed to see a hole through the sidewall after the second day of use. would not recommend. back to titanium for me.

Silicone bowl
I love this thing. We went for a week of camping/canoeing along the U.S. - Canadian border and took these bowls with us. They expand to hold plenty of food, but pack down to take up almost no space at all. Another big plus is the fact that it is so light weight. Unlike other bowls, you can still hold this one in your hand even when it contains a hot meal or soup because of the hard bottom to the bowl. By the way, we were able to use the hard bottom as a cutting board to filet fish! This bowl gets 5 stars all the way.

Easy and collapsible
This bowl is lightweight, easy to clean, and it's handy that it's collapsible. It does not appear to be (or say) dishwasher safe, but then again, when this bowl is used it generally is never near a dishwasher. Saves space!

Bottom gets hot
Great for camping, wouldn’t necessarily recommend it for hot food e.g soup. It’s a bit too hot for me to rest it on my lap, or in my hand, and eat. I take it on every camp but mostly use it for cereals or desserts. Not unusable for hot stuff, just be careful
