AmazonBasics Velvet Suit Hangers - 30-Pack, Grey

I received them yesterday and opened the package to find 2 of them were broken! They were packed well in a box in pairs of 15 each. However they look good and are lightweight but are too flimsy and can easily break. They worked out to be value for money looking at the price but I did not see the point of keeping them if aren't going to be durable, rather would choose the wooden ones.

Nice product, very soft material but durable material I am using it from last 3 month, delivered in good packaging and fast delivery from Amazon as always...

Got this product today for Rs.600! I'm very satisfied with it besides, it does transfer black stains to clothes because of the velvet finish so it's better to hang dry clothes.

The Amazon basic hangers look good but the problem with them is that they are very brittle and will break easily. I had ordered a pack of 50, but received only 49. Only the top hook is metal rest all is made of brittle plastic with black velvety cloth texture. After using them for few months, 4 have broken and the remaining hangers are leaving black shreads in wardrobe and on clothes. Better to buy a full netral hanger or metal and wooden hangers than wasting money on substandard hangers and regretting later.

I was worried that i might get some broken items but all of the hangers were fine and intact. Happy with the quality. Just hope they don't stain my clothes when wet. I have hanged my dry clothes and they haven't got any stains from these hangers.

Very bad quality from amazonbasics.The amazonbasics are supposed to be high quality products, as they are from amazon itself.But, this product is worst.The velvety black wrapping material on hanger keeps falling from hanger in powder form. black powdery material also sticks to your cloths

The height of these hangers are more than expected and hence they are using more height of the almirah than expected therreby allowing the clothes to touch the bottom of the almirah. These hangers are not strudy and are getting folded easily. Velvet touch is good and clothea re not slipping. But overall not happy with the purchase since I was expecting much better quality form amazon basics.

I ordered twice the same order and in the first order three were damaged and I ignored it but even in the second order again I see two were damaged. I have to let the shipper and end buyer’s know this whether they are adding one or two hangers which are already damaged. This is serious issue because two hangers cost us 50rupees. I have lost 5 hangers in two orders. Look wise hangers are good but durability wise I’m not satisfied. Just because I wanted a good looking hangers I’m paying this high.

Velvet hangers. Often purchased because they’re cheap to buy in bulk, save space and are non-slip.I switched over solely to these about a year ago when I came to the conclusion I wouldn’t magically have more closets but needed more space. I’ve bought priced bundles as premium stores and cheaper bundles at HomeGoodMaxxMarshallRoss stores.They’re all nearly identical.Yes, they save space.Yes, they’re perfect for clothes that normally slip and slide.Occasionally, some handles swivel loosely and occasionally some don’t.Some seem sturdy and perfect, while others are ridged and snap or the handle pops out.This is why I buy double what I need and loose about 25% to breakage.Perfect for 100% cotton clothes, bad for silk, rayon and the like.Rules of thumb: if it bunches up when ironing or normally slides off a plastic hanger, the clothing item may stick to these. If it pills up or sheds or leaves a lot of lint in the dryer, the velvet may rub off on these. The latter is solved with a decent multi-handle lint brush.If you hang your clothes wet or damp, maybe wait to transfer to these.If you’re worried that much about velvet rubbing off, there are ridged, low-profile all-plastic hangers out there, but they’re pricier.For cheap, space-saving, decent hangers that nearly double your closet space and keep clothes from sliding off, these work great.Just be wise and pay attention to what you’re hanging on them and use a little finesse.If you have expensive items or a lot of silk, maybe skip these.If you’re really worried about the velvet rubbing off, get the grey and NOT the black. I’ve found the grey doesn’t rub off as much, but the handles are less likely to swivel and more likely to pop out.Overall< know what you’re getting into with velvet hangers or stick to wood or plastic.

The velvet leaves black marks on everything,I can't even use it,absolute rubbish

Ho acquistato queste grucce circa un anno fa, nell’intento di ammodernare ed aumentare la capienza dei miei armadi. Devo ammettere che a causa delle tante recensioni negative che avevo letto per questo articolo, ho titubato parecchio prima di comprarle. Personalmente ritengo di aver centrato pienamente l’acquisto. Pertanto vi condivido con cognizione di causa le mie serene ed imparziali valutazioni.Queste grucce sono valide nei materiali, nella compattezza e nella funzionalità, quindi assolvono perfettamente al loro compito. Hanno un grip perfetto, grazie al loro rivestimento in velluto leggero. Pertanto i capi non scivolano (come accade con quelle classiche di plastica), ed io le uso alla grande per pantaloni, camicie, giacche e giubbotti. Sono piuttosto resistenti ed il gancio ruota di 360°.Queste grucce perdono davvero i peli? Macchiano i capi? In base alla mia esperienza no!Non ho riscontrato in nessuna delle mie 50 grucce di colore avorio, che ormai utilizzo da un anno, alcuna perdita di peli o pelucchi. Non hanno mai scolorito o macchiato alcun capo. Probabilmente sono inconvenienti che si manifestano con le grucce di colore nero, sicuramente non con queste di colore avorio.Riguardo alle varie misure di queste grucce, che sono spesse circa 4 millimetri, vi lascio qualche foto a supporto per una vostra valutazione complessiva del prodotto.In conclusione, accertata l’indiscutibile qualità di questo prodotto, lo consiglio serenamente a tutti coloro che vogliono tenere i propri capi ben saldi sulle grucce e sfruttare al massimo lo spazio dei propri armadi, spendendo anche poco. Do not buy if you value your health. Unlike other velvet hangers, these amazon ones shed, losing hundreds of little black micro fibres everywhere. These are very hard to remove from ANY surfaces (we had to wipe, dust and hoover) that they come into contact with and get into your clothes leaving little black hair like things as well as nose and air passage ways! That’s the crazy part. I never write reviews but cannot believe how reckless amazon are being with their customer’s health with these. This is not ok. Do not put your and your loved ones health at risk. Just buy them from a different company

Super Kleiderhaken für Garderobe, Schrank oder Ankleide.Sind Schmal und brauchen daher wenig Platz. Können sowohl für Jacken als auch für Hemden oder Shirts genommen werden. Die Beflockung / Beschichtung sorgt dafür, das die Kleiderstücke nicht so leicht abrutschen.Lediglich die Verwindungsfestigkeit könnte etwas höher sein.Würde ich wieder kaufen!PS.: Über einen HILFREICH KLICK freue ich mich immer sehr!
