The media could not be loaded. I've been looking for a fountain like this one and finally decided to purchase. The item got lost in transit but the seller immediately noticed and shipped out a new one. It was extremely easy to put together, only 3 steps. Can't even hear the motor at all, just the beautiful water sounds. So calming and pretty to look at, would absolutely recommend!

The media could not be loaded. Came earlier than expected. Not Difficult to assemble at all. Some comments were made that stones did not come with fountain. Did not feel that was a problem. Went to Dollar Tree and found a nice bag of stones for $1. Accent the fountain perfectly. Found the lighted ball at the top of the fountain a very nice feature. Pleasantly surprised it actually rotates with the light.Very satisfied with my purchase.

The media could not be loaded. Very relaxing and beautiful! Needed to make my home more relaxing being moved to full time WFH and this was an awesome addition. Two things that would make it better: 1. Ability to turn light off but keep water on. 2. Bowl at bottom being heavier material for weight versus thin plastic. Overall very happy though!!! Would also make a great gift.

The media could not be loaded. The product arrived on time and was exactly as advertised. I must say this tabletop water fountain is simple to assemble. You hear the water flowing much better without rocks. The sound from the motor is subtle and not aggravating. Make sure the pump in the base is completely submerged in water so that the water can flow to through the fountain. You can also decorate as you please. (They do not come with the rocks)Pro Tip- 4 tier:1. Make sure there is adequate water in the basement at all times. The motor starts to get loud when the water level starts to get too low. Also, the ball stops rotating when you need to top up the water level.2. The waterfall sound is much louder without rocks in the top tiers. I noticed I got better sound once I took the rocks out of the four high levels. Rocks around the base don't impact sound.3. Enjoy the mesmerizing view and sound.

This is an attractive fountain for what it is (resin and plastic material mostly). I was well aware that rocks didn’t come with this, so that wasn’t the issue for me. I haven’t run it, so I can’t attest to the noise level of the pump. My concern is that this is rather “top heavy” with the thick resin top section and the lighter, thinner bowl (bottom) section. My cat and young niece could definitely topple this over if they were so inclined. Unfortunately my only option to return this fountain is to pay $5.90 through the seller’s preferred shipping method (I didn’t have to pay shipping for delivery). So either I do that or keep the fountain. Apparently I can’t use my local Kohl’s store to return that way (as I can with most purchases off Amazon). Please keep this in mind if considering purchase of this fountain.

Stumbled on indoor fountains as I was looking for other items on Amazon. The price and look sold it to me. Loving small fountains and not having one currently, I purchased this fountain/waterfall within minutes. It's gorgeous on my small plant table sitting in an old crystal tray. I added some small shells and clear marbles, added the distilled water (always use distilled water) and turned it on!! Relaxing, calming, comforting, soothing and absolutely splendid!

The fountain was okay after I finally got it working, but packaging and assembly were a nightmare. Plus it is made of very cheap plastic and it does not come with rocks like in the photos.The fountain came so tightly packed in styrofoam that I had to destroy the packaging just to get it out of the box, causing bits of styrofoam to go everywhere. Not to mention bad for the environment.Then came trying to assemble the fountain. It was clear that the person putting together the fountain got tired of trying to attach the hose to the top and glued it down instead. The glue became dislodged during shipping resulting in me spending longer than I want to admit attempting to properly attached the hose to the top like it should have been.The fountain works fine now, but I should not have needed to go through so much to get it in working order. It is cheaply made as well. I recommend invest long in a different fountain.

I like the fountain itself but I have to fill it with water every other day. It doesn't have the sound of water. I wouldn't buy it again. It's like a plant putting water in it every other day. Not worth it.
