Looks good, sturdy, works well in terms of water pressure.

It looks good when newly fitted for the past couple of days. But noticed it needs a better water pressure. For some reason our water pressure looks too weak. I feel it is a bit over priced.——— Updated after a month: really good quality. East to make it mostly shining clean. Not sure how to clean the internal pipe within the coil. In short it looks good and really easy to use. I like it. Deserves a 5 star so far.

Excellent quality

I thought I bought a quality product from a reputable brand. Unfortunately, my tap started to leak after just a few days. The plumber came back to investigate and concluded that it's a faulty unit. I contacted Amazon and was given 2 options; 1) get a full refund with or without a repurchase, but I have to fork out the plumber costs again even just to remove it, or 2) contact manufacturer under warranty. For option one, I wasn't even offered a special price if I wanted to buy a new one. So, I opted for the cost effective option, given the economy situation we all are in. But I'm still baffled that a brand-new product falls apart after just less than a week. Amazon customer service has also gone down hill since offshored to India. On this occasion they promised to call me back twice, but they failed both promises! Total bad taste in my mouth from both Amazon and Grohe. Once repaired, I have absolutely no confidence how many years it will last.

Great tap , make sure though that you use a Tap anchor that fits against the wall under your sink as this Tap is heavy and the included anchor will over time not give the tap enough support

We bought this tap as a replacement for another that we'd bought a year and a half ago and which had caused us nothing but trouble ever since we got it. What a relief! Grohe taps are well-made and reliable (we have several) and this one is no exception. It has what can only be described as a dense flow - it appears slow but is not (you can tell by how quickly it fills a kettle) and the spray function is fantastic for washing salads and for rinsing off pans before washing. All in all, you pay for what you get and this tap is definitely worth the extra.

I’d highly recommend theses taps. Easy to use, stay highly polished and they feel like a luxury standard. Love them.

The product itself is high quality, however this particular version is meant for European fittings. The flex hose connectors are for the smaller 3/8 inch pipes and the hoses themselves are smaller than usual UK hoses which are 15mm or 1/2 inch. This results in a really poor flow rate if you fit it to UK pipes using adapters or couplers. B&Q do the same tap for the same price but with connectors for UK fittings so buy from there instead. You will still need 15mm compression couplers which you can get for a couple of quid also at B&Q.
