Yes. They is plenty of room b/w where it’s moubted on the roll bar to where your hand can fit in the handle grip area.

Do they fit a jeep gladiator?

If you have a roll bar, these will fit. Caution, they don't really hold up well. My wife ended up on the ground twice when the stitching gave way and these grab bars came apart. I ended up buying solid steel handles that bolt to the A frame.
