Does not affect skin colour. Only use them before and after holiday as it seems to prevent prickly heat so not used for prolonged periods.

What are the health benefits?

I have bought this supplement before going on holiday. I believe it helps to keep my skin healthy or at least in better condition after sun exposure. Also I think my tan stays on for longer and i do get nice bronze colouring. I usually start taking these 2 weeks before going away.

It says 47 mg of carotenoids, but the ones specified only add up to 7.5 mg. What are the other 40 mg?
