Very disappointing from BSN.
First of all the smell and flavour of this pre workout is horrendous. There is an ever so slight taste of pineapple but it's easily the worst BSN product I've had.It stains shakers yellow and as a pre workout is average at best. I am normally a massive fan of BSN, normally their products taste great and are effective.I will not be buying this again.

Gives a good boost of energy but the taste is a bit weird because it is a bit spicy.
