Wards off colds and flu effectively. Use as soon as first signs start, ie sore throat. Wait at least 15 mins after cleaning teeth and then spray back of throat and leave overnight without drinking or eating after application. Gargling with mouthwash for one min also works well. Spray is useful as you can carry with you and use during the day too.
