As a former powerlifter, I was always looking for an edge to pick up more weight. To be candid, the only way to increase any strength is to put the time in and work out. Many things can contribute to becoming stronger or getting into better shape but the bottom line is that you have to do the reps. That means doing so on days you don't feel like it. For me, that lack of motivation became more prevalent as I have gotten older. That is where this stuff comes in. Those of you who have taken preworkout supplements before know quite well what we are looking for in a product such as this. Is it effective? Do I receive value for my money? Are there bad side effects and will it mix well? My answers are as follows: It supplies that "vibration" or "tingle" but also an almost imperceptible energy boost for a sustained amount of time. At this point in my life, I take in the mornings prior to going into the office so that I am "awake" and can focus for a matter of hours. Other products seem to supply more tingle but do not seem to allow for that sustained enthusiasm that meshes well with working. Maybe that is not the product's intended use but welcome to middle age! This is highly mixable, so much so that I will often include collagen in the mix bottle with it. I truly like the apple flavor so that helps hide or mask the collagen. The aftertaste is terrible. It's really really bitter. I tried to like it because at first the green apple flavor was nice, but it was terrible after a few seconds.

Over the past ~6 years I've tried a lot of the top influencer promoted preworkouts, Total War is still the smoothest and best value high stim preworkout out there. Every other stim preworkout I've tried has a crash, Total War is different. Their stimulant blend is actually perfect. It is simple but effective compared to some "fully loaded" preworkouts with tons of hydrating agents and sickening volumes of powder per serving (Gorilla Mode). Good flavors and always low prices especially on their website during Black Friday. I just wish they would bring back the old Black Friday 2021 bubblegum flavor as that was the best tasting preworkout I ever had. This one for $25 on Amazon is great and almost on par with their lowest prices. They even added 250mg of potassium to the old formula which isn't showing on the product page on Amazon yet.

Big fan of redcon1. Taste is great, enough caffeine that I'm not going to drop dead of a heart attack. They also do a lot for 1st responders and military through donations which is big for me, as I'm a navy veteran and my father was a 1st responder to the twin towers.

This was recommended to me by a Sgt, who swears by it (though he recommended Zombie blood- and you can also buy this at Walmart for a little cheaper, but not this flavor). I’m a power lifter, though currently in a cut and wanted a good pre-workout that didn’t destroy me like C4 which is trash (don’t waste your money please). This pre taken in one scoop had me GOING. I was at the gym for nearly 3 hours and knew I wasn’t going to be okay until I killed my body in a good workout lol. I take this as a half scoop, but I’m also a woman and smaller so take that into consideration. The PUMP is beautiful, honestly, it’s gorgeous when I flex! Intensity is high (at least for me) but it really helps you force a good workout in, and I hit a good few PR’s for overload (in reps- I haven’t tried weight yet but I do feel I could be going heavier!) Caffeine is actually not that high, which for me is wonderful because I’ve got ADHD and too much makes me want to crawl back in bed for a nap. All in all, a solid Pre-workout! I’ve tried Bucked Up and stuff as well, but I like this more! Flavor was good when mixed with water, but dry scoops aren’t bad either (just a little sour lol)- sort of like a jolly rancher.

Husband really likes Total War pro-workout and he really prefers the green apple flavor! Winner!!

I got the green apple, it's a nice price for the amount of servings. Green apple is NOT a flavor I'd recommend as it's vaguely green apple but mostly bad. The La Croix of green apple. A vague hint of apple, let alone green. A flavor made in the same room as green apple but never mixed together.

Great high stim pre workout , would just recommend chugging it because of it being hard to drink. The scoop was at the bottom but i wont complain since the item is greay

Although I'm pretty new to pre-workouts, especially "high-stim", instant strength gains and crazy focus compared to others. Was surprised green apple looks red (Doesn't matter), but flavour ~3.5-4/5. Will be trying other flavours soon!

The product itself of good but the taste is so bad!! It honestly tasted like drinking acid definitely try the product but do not get green apple flavour
