Having both suffered from lower back pain for a number of years, I purchased Active Posture shirts 2.0 for myself and my partner after a friends recommendation.The shirts look like sports training tops and I would personally wear primarily as an undergarment given how they cling to the body to allow the support technology to work.We have both been genuinely amazed at the effectiveness of the shirts and will be purchasing more. The support technology around the lower back stimulates muscle use that wouldn’t normally occur with normal clothing which has definitely helped to ease pain and stiffness throughout the day, which was exactly why we made the purchase.It is worth noting however that the first couple of times you wear the shirt it feels like you have undertaken specific lower back exercises so it is probably best to wear them in before wearing for a full day to get used to the feeling the extra support gives you.Top product and so pleased to have found out about it and be able to fully recommend.

I've got to say that this is a game changer as my posture has improved massively since I started wearing this and only after a few days.I must take a star off though, because while getting into it is fairly straightforward, I am unable to take it off without assistance.

I had to send the product back. It was far too small even though I ordered medium. I reckon if I re ordered I would need. XL next time. I appreciate it needs to be a snug fit but the sizing is way out.

Give good support to lower back.

Really pleased. Does what was promised, improves posture in a way that transfers to how you hold yourself up when you're not wearing the shirt. Just buy it and you'll see.

Absolutely brilliant posture aid - cured a sore back within days. Very expensive but much easier to use than shoulders back posture harness. Need someone to help you get it off. Also no discount if you buy three - doesn’t encourage loyalty

Premessa: Funziona come diceVisto che le figlie mi hanno fatto osservare che "Camminavo gobbo" sopratutto se avevo fretta, ho cercato proprio questo tipo di correttore.Avrei preferito la versione con apertura frontale con la cerniera (esiste ma per ora non è disponibile) .Per la taglia del torace - che è quella fondamentale - ho scelto la "L", ed ho fatto centro, ma nonostante la mia altezza di 1,82 è piuttosto lunga e purtroppo non ci posso fare nulla se non chiedere ad una brava sarta (ne conosco una) di accorciarmelo - mi chiedo anche - se qualcuno me lo conferma - se sia possibile aggiungere la cerniera, rendendo più semplice indossarlaPrometto di aggiornare 2024-12-06

J'ai acheté la taille en dessous de celle définie en fonction de ma hauteur et de mon poids, pour que le t-shirt soutienne bien. Le problème est qu'il faut être à deux pour mettre le t-shirt et l'enlever.De plus, il convient de maintenir une bonne posture par soi-même car le t-shirt ne peut tout faire à votre place. Sa présence vous rappelle à vous tenir convenablement.

Ich habe beim Training, wenn es an schwere Gewichte geht, oft Probleme mit der Schulter.Das Shirt macht genau was es soll. Der Körper wird dabei unterstützt, eine normale Haltung einzunehmen und meine Schulterprobleme werden reduziert.In einigen Bewertungen wird bemängelt, dass das Shirt sehr eng ist aber genau das ist ja das Ziel. Von mir gibt es 5 Sterne und ich würde es immer wieder kaufen.

È la seconda maglietta che compro l’ho presa per mio padre perché mi sono trovato benissimo e quindi l’ho consigliata.
