I love it!!!! The instructions were very easy to understand. It holds my 16 inch mattress very well!!! I highly recommend it. No extra tools needed for assembly. I am a 55 yr old female and I put it together by myself.

I’m not much of an authority on beds. I usually buy frames that are basically just a rectangle of supports on stubby legs, but I decided this time that I’m probably old enough that a headboard is probably the next logical step. But between Covid 19 shutting down most places in the area and the fact that I loathe shopping for stuff like this anyway, I decided to see if I could find something on Amazon.I went with this style of frame because it wasn’t terribly expensive, had some pretty solid reviews and the style was somewhere between overly ornate old lady furniture and the squeaky daybed my bestie had in high school. I was lucky enough to have my son assemble it for me, but the instructions seemed pretty clear and all the parts were accounted for. I think it took him about 3 hours total, but he also spent a lot of time retightening things that were probably ok in the first place. Although thanks to that this bed feels solid like it were just one unit rather than a couple of dozen parts.So just in case there’s someone else out there like myself who could benefit from this review, I figured I’d take the time to put my experience out there. I don’t know anything about beds, I took a chance and it worked out fine. This bed frame is ok. It holds my mattress above the floor and hasn’t collapsed. Is there really much more criteria than that?

First, I am writing this under my husband's Amazon account.I purchased this bed frame to support a memory foam mattress for our guest bedroom. My husband prides himself on being very meticulous, taking his time and being able to put just about anything together (which I will vouch for!), but this was a nightmare and literally took over 2 hours or so. This product comes to the consumer with screws missing, holes were not pre-drilled where they were supposed to be and part of the metal inner piece that holds the mattress was bent. I personally was disappointed in the overall look of the bed, it looks cheaply made, the one cute thing about the bed is the little crystal balls on each bed post which reflect the sunlight in the room which is perhaps nice for a child's room. I was pretty worried while our guests slept on it, the night it was put together, that it would collapse, thankfully it didn't. Also, being an Amazon Prime member this took 8 days to get to us. Contacted Amazon and they couldn't do anything about it because it was a bed frame and the shipping method.After the nightmare of my husband putting it together, I emailed the manufacturer of this product, complete with photos, who promised to send out the missing 3 screws and also a replacement part for the part that was bent, which is on back order. Surprisingly they also issued a full refund and allowed us to keep the bed frame.We probably will keep the bed for the moment until we find something that is better quality and doesn't look so cheaply made. As far as sliding totes under the bed and utilizing that area for storage, it will have to be a short tote because this bed doesn't come that high up off the floor so my totes will stay crammed in my closest for the moment.All in all you get what you pay for. If you need an inexpensive bed and the quality and looks aren't a big deal, than this will suffice, just be prepared for missing parts and have a drill handy to drill holes where they should have been. I was honestly shocked at all the positive reviews and wondered where they came from? I should have paid more attention to the detailed negative review because they were spot on!The one positive thing in all of this is how promptly the manufacturer responded to my email, how helpful they attempted to be and obviously it was nice to get a refund and not having to take this thing apart and ship it back.Please make sure you read the comments to my post.ADDENDUM: We have received a package of ALL screws that initially came with the bed fairly quickly. Still awaiting the other parts that were either bent or missing the pre-drilled holes. Because of this I have added an additional star to my review as promised in the comment section.

The media could not be loaded.  It’s been a little over 3 months now since I’ve had the frame. I purchased a queen for my daughter’s bedroom. Initially I was only looking for a frame without a footboard but I came across this one with the crystal balls on the posts and couldn’t pass it up. Plus the price was great!It was pretty simple to put together alone; took me about an hour. Although I wish there wasn’t a footboard (because I have 3 kids that love to climb and hang on things) it’s very simple and cute for a little girl.Pretty sturdy, especially for the fact that I don’t have it all the way against the wall. If it’s all the way on the wall, the crystal balls will scratch and possibly bend off the post.Overall, my daughter is happy with it and it’s helping tie her room together as we still decorate.Edited to add a pic of the beautiful rainbows you get from the crystals as the sun shines through them! The picture doesn’t do it any justice, it’s simply beautiful to see it illuminate across my daughter’s room.

The package was very heavy but there were no damages to package and all the internal parts are properly intact. It took bit time to assemble the bed frame but it's very strong and felt nothing can happen to it even 10 kids jump on that. The attraction points are:- The crystal balls are very attractive and design is really awesome.- It has enough space under the bed frame which we are using to keep items like shoe organizer and other storage boxes.- It's very good value for money.- The instructions and images in the manual is very good which helped to visualize the bed frame clearly.Here are the few points of improvement required in bed frame:- There are 3 different sizes of screws. If possible please make only one size and one length.- The L shaped wrench quality is poor. It's not suitable for Iron bed frame. Please improve the quality of that.- I took almost 3 hours to assemble it so improve the process to assemble it in less than 2 hours.
