These are not top dollar whips but for the price they are great. Many different color combinations and easy to use! We don’t plan on using these often but they are fun for trips! So far they are holding up great to our light use.The flags it comes with are awful. Plan on buying heavier duty ones if you want flags; one trip a 1/2 mile away to our farm and they were shredded.

I installed on a 2016 Can-Am XMR. The remote stopped working literally within 10 minutes, BUT luckily I purchased the app option so I didn't need the remote. I have the worse luck with remotes so that is why I purchased the app option because I knew it would be janky - and it was. Doesn't even bother me because the app feature is awesome and puts the light bar right at my fingertips! The many options are so neat, it appears to me to be high quality and durable. I really like the "smoke" look it presents and it is super bright and fun! I am very happy with purchase and all my people were impressed as well. The flag was an added bonus, it is super neat and really cool. Uploading videos and pics. Very happy with purchase! I do recommend you pay the lil extra so you can utilize the app feature. SO worth it!

The media could not be loaded. Easy install looks awesome! Used the stake holder hole ran the wires along the main harness and hid it looks perfect. Now time to plan a trip to the dunes! Also my little boys love it as a plus. As far as longevity goes I’ll chime in later first night of use.

These are really bright and the colors and pattern transitions look really good. The mounting system is very good and holds very well. They definitely hold up to some abuse. The remote has a good range and is simple and straightforward. I was not a fan of the power supply. The connections are a bit too short and I had to buy an extension cable to complete the installation it seems that the cable is proprietary to this brand as the generic LED extension cables here on Amazon do not work, The power supply also houses the mic for music sync, so if you decide to take advantage of this, you have to try and find a location close to the music but out of the way, as well as protected from water and dirt. Not really practical.You can sync music via the app instead of the mic, but since the app works via Bluetooth, you can't use your phone to stream music to your onboard audio. You could get around this with an aux cable if that is an option for you. A remote mic would solve this issue, you could mount the power supply close enough to the whips and still have the option of audio input towards the front of the UTV.The app itself is pretty good and easy to use. It does allow you to manage your music through the app, The app was easy to set up and sync with the whips.My biggest complaint is the flags. If you choose to remove them, there is an area of the whip that is not lit up by the LEDs, simply black, and in the area where the flags arrach. To be fair, it is not all that noticeable with most LED patterns, but it would seem like the manufacturer would just make a uniform lighting area throughout the length of the whip. I'd rather have that than flags that I am not likely to use.Despite my complaints, the bottom line is these are bright, well-made, and easy to use, just a few minor tweaks would make these perfect.

Changing my review from 1 to 5 stars!I bought one of these for my son for his quad for the Sandune‘s. On the second ride the whip broke at the base. I originally gave them 1 star out of such disappointment! but they reached out to me quickly and sent me a brand new one. I also did a bit of research and found out that those who are having success with mounting flags on bikes are using some type of spring. I Purchased a spring with the flag and I’m hoping that that fixes the issue. The whip itself is bright and impressive so I’m excited that perhaps it will last a while. I’m changing my review because customer service was excellent to work with, and I think anyone willing to send you a new one deserves the proper review.

The media could not be loaded. The install took less than 20 minutes. Easy. Bright. App works great. However they are pre set lighting configurations. You cannot make your own. You can choose solid colors - but only one color at a time. For example - you cannot have red/white/blue solid. They do have a programmed moving one though. I ordered springs for mine. Good value.

I ordered 3 separate 4ft led whips. Unfortunately 1 of the controller drivers did not work. After some troubleshooting I reached out via email, Markus responded & remedied the issue immediately.Since installing all 3 led whips, have had zero issues & minimal amperage draw affecting the machines. We are all impressed by the whips & it makes evening/night riding much safer & more fun!

Very durable, AWESOME customer service.Hooking them up was as simple as it gets.Very bright.Overall we are very happy with them.Will definitely buy again from TruMods.
