Great recipe book for your health
I am learning about the DASH Diet which is not just a fad that will come and go, I hope. As the author, Sarah Sophia explains DASH stands for Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension, which is a serious and pervasive problem in our society. This diet was developed by the NHLBI to decrease high blood pressure.A key thing that I learned from this book is that it has a goal to help people with serious problems and I do not look at this diet as a lose weight fast diet. I have read it and tried some recipes and have recommended it to a friend with high blood pressure.Two of my favorite recipes are Red Onion Salmon and Fish Tacos. I found both of them easy to make and delicious. There are a total of 30 recipes and side dishes included. I found this book to be helpful and a diet/lifestyle that would not be difficult for me to stick with long-term to receive the benefits outlined.

Quick easy and healthy recipes
So many really tasty recipes with only a few ingredients. Most of the items take very little prep and less than 30 minutes to cook. I'm so excited to try them all.

Fanatstic Seafood Cookbook..
If you're someone who follows the DASH diet methodology AND love eating seafood, this book is a definite must buy. The author shares some really terrific seafood cuisines that are both healthy and very tasty. My favorite recipes would be the salmon and shrimp ones. Good book!

Amazing Seafood!
I don't have high blood pressure but my husband does. He loves seafood, but I don't . Mostly I'm afraid to cook seafood because I don't now how to tell when it's done. I have to admit that these recipes are so easy! I have been experimenting with the many Scallop recipes and they are delicious. You don't have to be worried about your blood pressure at all to find these meals to be delicious, easy and healthy.

DASH FOR SEAFOOD
Now you can dash for seafood. At last someone made a seafood cookbook for the Dash Diet. Fish seems almost forgotten in the cookbook world. This book makes up for this loss. They have four different recipes for Salmon, including Pineapple Marinated Salmon. Fettuccine Clams, Pine Nut Crusted Cod and Smoked Haddock Penne can get your family and all of your friends started on the Dash Diet. This cookbook is a Winner!

great book for dieters!
Anyone on a diet or looking to go on a diet will enjoy this book. It starts of by explaining what a dash diet is and the health benefits of being on a dash diet. They are some really delicious recipes which are easy to follow and implement. A good book for anyone who is on a diet or planning on going on a diet

This book is a complete waste of money!
This has got to be the worst recipe book ever, and was definitely not written by a cook! You don’t have to be an expert to know that sliced, uncooked potatoes will not cook at the same time and temperature as delicate white fish! It is a waste of money, as even though it is cheap to buy it is little more than a brochure.

spoilt for choice
So many mouth watering recipes. My favourite fish is seabass and tiplaui. Today I made the seabass with blueberries what am amazing combination and tasted sooo good.Lots to choose from. There are also recipes for side accompanying dishes. Hence you can have a healthy meal all cooked from one recipe book.

Good healthy fish recipes.
A very good book of fish recipes. What I particularly like is the recipes are fairly easy to do but the end result will impress. And equally important, all the recipes are healthy - sustaining but not fattening. An excellent book.
